What to expect

🌷 Spring Festival 2025 – Vendor Information 🌼 We’re excited to welcome vendors to our Spring Festival 2025! This event will feature a curated mix of food, beverage, and artisan vendors in a high-traffic outdoor setting designed to maximize visibility and flow. πŸ“ Event Layout & Spaces The festival will take place at the Outdoor Market Pavilion, which includes: Covered Pavilion Spaces – Located under a permanent roof structure. These spots provide overhead coverage and strong foot traffic flow. Limited availability. Open-Air Booth Spaces – Located directly outside the pavilion in designated vendor rows. These spaces require vendors to bring their own canopy tents. Food Vendor Row – Larger footprint spaces designed to accommodate food tents, trailers, and higher-volume setups. Placement will consider power access and health compliance requirements. Final space assignments will be provided prior to the event. πŸ“ Booth Space Details Standard vendor space: 10’ x 10’ Vendors must stay within their assigned footprint. Corner upgrades may be available (if applicable). β›Ί Tent Requirements (For Open-Air Spaces) Vendors must provide their own 10’ x 10’ canopy tent (white tents strongly preferred for uniform appearance). Tents must be properly weighted (minimum 40 lbs per leg; no staking permitted). Tents must be clean and professional in appearance. No oversized tents without prior approval. πŸͺ‘ Tables & Setup Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, linens, and display materials. Table coverings are required and must reach the ground on visible sides. All displays must remain within your assigned space. Generators are only permitted with prior approval (quiet inverter-style only). ⚑ Power & Utilities Limited power access may be available for select spaces (advance request required). Vendors requiring power must bring extension cords (commercial-grade, outdoor rated). Food vendors must comply with all local health department regulations and permits. ⏰ Event Timing πŸ“… Saturday, April 12 πŸ•š Event Hours: 11 AM – 7 PM (Set-up and load-in details will be provided separately.)
